Protocol for Testing and Results:
Before purchasing any blends, clients must adhere to the following protocol to ensure they receive personalized and effective nutritional support.
OptiCell’s DBS Test (Dry Blood Spot):
- You can complete the sampling at our practice located at 587 Leyds Street, Muckleneuk, Pretoria, 0002.
- Alternatively, we can courier the test kit to your door for an additional R150.00. The completed sample must be returned to our practice at the client’s own cost.
- Once your sample is received, all administration and courier arrangements are finalised, and the sample is submitted to the laboratory within two working days.
- Samples received on a Friday will be dispatched to the lab the following Monday.
- Test results are available within 2–4 weeks. Once received, clients may choose between two interpretation options:
Option One
Detailed Written Report – R3 000 (All-Inclusive)
- DBS test, administration, and courier
- Full test results
- A comprehensive written report by Michael Du Toit (Ethno Healthcare Practitioner)
- Personalised OptiCell supplement regimen with dosage recommendations
- Quotation for recommended supplements
- Report delivered within 1–2 weeks after test results are received
Option Two
Script Report – R2 000
- DBS test, administration, and courier
- Full test results
- Recommended OptiCell supplement regimen with dosage
- Quotation for recommended supplements
- This option excludes the detailed written report
