Personal Supplementation

Protocol for Testing and Results:

Before purchasing any blends, clients must adhere to the following protocol to ensure they receive personalized and effective nutritional support.

Testing – DBS (Dry Blood Spot Test) – R2250,00

This includes (Sampling, Admin Fee, Submission to the Laboratory and the results consultation or report) the sampling may be done at our practice based at 587 Leyds Street, Muckleneuk, Pretoria, 0002 – Alternatively the test kit can be couriered door to door nationwide at a flat rate of R150,00.

The test kit contains all the documentation we require along with a sampling guideline on how to administer the sample which is minimally invasive.

(To all our long standing clients, please note we have now discontinued our HTMA test).

Clients are to return blood sample and all documentation to our practice at their own cost.

Test results take between 2-3 weeks, thereafter a results consultation or a detailed written report (Client is to choose their preference) will be scheduled with our Ethno-Healthcare practitioner Michael Du Toit.

Once Completed the client will receive their OptiCell supplement regimen and suggested dosages, followed by a quotation for enough supplements for a 6 week period.

The supplements can be collected at our practice or be couriered to their door for a surcharge of R150,00.

These consultations and reports will be scheduled via Chad Swainland on WhatsApp.

Please Note:

All orders above R1500,00 qualify for free courier and may take 2-3 days for delivery depending on clients location).

Clients are also advised to re-test after 6 months ( Once the body has completed a full metabolic cycle) to see the body’s nutritional state after consistently sticking to their supplement regimen and to realign the necessary supplement and their dosages.

Step One

Order and Payment:

Choose between the DBS test (R1750) or HTMA test (R4500). Tests can be done at our practice or via a test kit delivered for R150 shipping.

Step Two

Sample Submission:

After payment, send completed forms and samples back to us (if using a test kit) for lab analysis.

Step Three

Processing Time:

Results will take 2-4 weeks to process.

Step Four

Consultation / Report:

Once results are received, schedule a digital consultation with Michael du Toit or request a written report for R950.

Step Five

Supplementation Plan:

Based on your results, personalized supplement recommendations will be provided.

Step Six

Follow-up:

Follow the supplement regimen for 6 months, then consider a retest to track progress and adjust as needed.
