Delivery and Order Tracking

Parcel Delivery
We make use of a third-party courier company (“the courier”) to handle all our parcels and packages. Deliveries can take anywhere from 3 to 7 business days from the date of order, to arrive, depending on stock availability, weekends, public holidays etc. If you reside in outlying areas, your order may take 7 to10 business days.
- We deliver nationwide at a standard fee of R 120.00.
- All orders that exceed R 2 000.00* are couriered free of charge.
- For international orders, clients will be charged FULL courier service fees. Duties and Taxes not included.
- You can also arrange courier collection independently, but a waybill will need to be supplied via e-mail before collection.
PLEASE NOTE THAT YOUR RELATIONSHIP WITH THE THIRD-PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS ASSOCIATED WITH YOUR THIRD-PARTY ACCOUNTS IS GOVERNED SOLELY BY YOUR AGREEMENT(S) WITH SUCH THIRD-PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS.
Inclusion of, linking to, or permitting the use or installation of any Third-Party Websites or any Third-Party Content does not imply approval or endorsement thereof by us. If you decide to leave the Site and access the Third-Party Websites or to use or install any Third-Party Content, you do so at your own risk, and you should be aware these Terms and Conditions no longer govern.
* This does NOT apply to orders that contain DBS, HTMA and/or OAT sampling kits.

- When To Expect Your Delivery
The courier delivers to your door between the hours 8 am and 5 pm on business days. If you need your parcel delivered at a specific time, please email or call us to add special delivery instructions. - Same Day Delivery
We’d love to deliver the same day, but same-day shipping is one thing we don’t offer because it’s really expensive for you, and with a huge country like South Africa, it can lead to customers being disappointed if the courier runs late, and etc. Instead, we prefer to make promises that we can keep. We suggest using our standard courier delivery, which will ensure you get what you want and know when to expect it. - Public Holiday’s
Unfortunately, the couriers don’t deliver on public holidays.
Parcel Tracking
[If you are using the website courier plug-in you will immediately be issued with a waybill number for online tracking purposes.]
[Otherwise,] clients who place orders through us and opt for us to arrange courier independently will have to specifically ask for the waybill number, for independent order/parcel tracking. If clients don’t expressly ask for the waybill, it will be our sole responsibility to follow up should any complications arise.
We keep meticulous record of all parcels sent, and receive delivery notes, as well as whom received/collected the parcel for each parcel as they arrive at their intended destination.
