Our Return & Refund Policy provides detailed information about options and procedures for returning your order.
Return & refund policy
Orders can be cancelled before items are shipped out from our offices. In this situation, a full refund will be provided.
If an order fails to arrive via courier past the 1 week suggested waiting period (local) or 4 weeks suggested waiting period (international) please be in touch with us. If we are unable to track the shipment, the customer will either be resent their order or provided with a refund.
Please note that:
OptiCell Pty Ltd. is subjected to the Consumer protection law.
According to the law: There are no returns or refunds on Food supplements.
Refunds will be given if:
If product packing is found damaged, the packing appears to be tampered with or a quality issue is detected with the contents of the products, then a return can be lodged for the products, to our offices within 48 hours of delivery.
